When we decided to sell our previous home we contacted Coldwell Banker GTD and Dawn Roessing became our agent. We enjoyed working with Dawn, she worked hard, was personable and honest with us, which in this day and age is hard to come by. She also had a great deal of patience in showing us homes to buy when ours was sold. We would call Dawn, she would show us these places. She always found the time to answer all our questions and never tried to push a sale on us. When we found the house we really wanted, she did all the paperwork etc and kept us up to date on the progress of the sale of both our house and the one we were buying.
